Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the clothing item(s) you purchased must meet the following conditions:
The clothing item(s) must not be shrunk or damaged due to washing, drying, or ironing.
The clothing item(s) must not be cut or stitched.
The clothing item(s) must be in its original condition and have all original tags attached.
Return Process
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to initiate a return, please contact us at returns@salerpoint.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant pictures to help us assess the condition of the clothing item(s).
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return address and a shipping label to send the clothing item(s) back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the clothing item(s) in a timely and secure manner.
Refund Process
After we receive your returned clothing item(s) and verify that they are in their original condition, we will process your refund. We will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the clothing item(s) within 7 days of receiving the return.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs, and we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
